What are the payment options?Currently any purchase can be made via Netbanking, UPI, Wallet or any card. Cash on Delivery is not accepted as of now.

What do I do if I received a defective order?We at Rei Art take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product we would require you to do the following: 1. Email us a picture of the defective product 2. Mail back the product at the address provided 3. After assessing the return product a refund will be processed straight away

What is the social cause towards which the contribution goes?A part of the sales proceedings are donated to the NGO, Society of Child Development which provides a platform for people with disabilities to empower themselves with skill development and leading a life of dignity.
