  • What are the payment options?
    Currently any purchase can be made via Netbanking, UPI, Wallet or any card. Cash on Delivery is not accepted as of now.
  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
    We at Rei Art take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product we would require you to do the following: 1. Email us a picture of the defective product 2. Mail back the product at the address provided 3. After assessing the return product a refund will be processed straight away
  • How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?

  • What is the social cause towards which the contribution goes?
    A part of the sales proceedings are donated to the NGO, Society of Child Development which provides a platform for people with disabilities to empower themselves with skill development and leading a life of dignity.

  • Is there any subscription fee?
    Joining our website is free of cost. There are no hidden charges. An artist is charged only when a sale goes through.
